Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for the activity on your account.

The registry is shared between you and the partner(s) and village members you invite. Only invite people you trust with the contents of your list.

Don't use BabyNamedBaby to harass anyone, upload unlawful content, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with other users' accounts. We may suspend accounts that do.

Premium is a paid subscription billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the Profile page; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

You own the names, comments, and other content you add. You grant us a limited licence to store and display that content within your cohort so the product can work. We don't use it to train AI models.

The Discover feature generates suggested names with help from AI models. Suggestions are provided as inspiration. We don't guarantee accuracy, cultural completeness, or fit — the final decision is always yours.

BabyNamedBaby is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running smoothly but can't guarantee it will be available without interruption or free of bugs. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) £50.

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where local consumer law gives you stronger rights.
